Pumpkin, spinach, turkey and olive wholegrain pizza


Another great pizza idea!
I used the wholegrain wrap as my base again (see Rocket and turkey pizza) - put some low fat cheese in between 2 sheets and you have a perfect and healthy base!
 
I preheat my oven at 200 degrees. After spreading the base with a layer of tomato passata (I like it better than tomato paste as it tastes lighter) I topped it with turkey breast pieces, thinly sliced pumpkin, sliced olives and spanish onions. I sprinkle with chilli flakes and oregano and season with some salt and pepper. Then  I added a small amount of low fat mozzarella and popped it into the oven. After about 7 mins, I placed some spinach leaves on top and put back in the oven for another minute. 
Take out and eat up!
